Band Program
The Karns High School band program band program was established in the Fall of 2002. The Karns High School band program is comprised of various components that perform and compete at the local, state and national levels. This program offers students a comprehensive educational experience through music, performance, life lessons and opportunities that extend beyond a traditional classroom.
Under the guidance of Directors Mr. Doug Wheeling, Mr. Jimbo Crawford, and Mr. Aaron Duncan., the Karns Band Program has already influenced hundreds of high school students. Our students have learned that with hard work and dedication anything is possible. Rewards for this dedication include travel and performance throughout our nation, representing Knox County and the State of Tennessee.
