COLOR GUARD / WINTER GUARD

The Karns High School Color Guard offers students an exciting opportunity to combine movement, music, and visual performance in a high-energy, team-centered environment. Open to students of all experience levels, the Color Guard performs alongside the marching band in the fall, showcasing skills in dance, choreography, and equipment work with flags, rifles, and sabers. Whether students come with a background in dance or are brand new to performance, they are supported as they build confidence, strength, and artistry.

In the winter and spring, students may audition for the Karns High School Winter Guard, where members continue to grow their skills while competing in both local and national circuits. Winter Guard provides an additional opportunity for focused artistic development, teamwork, and representing Karns on a larger stage.

The Color Guard and Winter Guard are under the direction of Ms. Emily Schirle, Ms. Sierra Ion, Ms. Gabrielle Puckett, and Ms. Ella Crawford.
