Concert Ensembles

The Karns High School Band program—comprised of Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Concert Band—provides students with meaningful opportunities to grow as musicians and leaders. For decades, these ensembles have maintained high standards of performance while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where students refine their skills, build confidence, and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.

Students perform a diverse range of literature spanning every era of wind band history, from foundational works to advanced masterworks, as well as transcriptions of significant orchestral pieces. Through daily rehearsals and performances, members are challenged to pursue excellence while working together toward a shared artistic vision.

The Karns High School Bands are under the direction of Mr. Jimbo Crawford, Ms. Javan Gray, and Mr. Eli Henry.
