KMI 2025 INFORMATION
The Karns Marching Invitational (KMI) utilizes outstanding adjudicators and official Tennessee Bandmasters Association (TBA) scoring sheets (https://tennesseebandmasters.org/marching-band/) to ensure a consistent and high-quality evaluation experience. The event features six classifications, promoting fair competition and balanced awards distribution.

Bands are evaluated by four judges in the areas of Music Ensemble, Music Effect, Visual Ensemble, and Visual Effect. In addition, caption judges will evaluate Color Guard, Majorettes, and Percussion.
We are excited to announce that KMI will once again use CompetitionSuite, providing directors with convenient and timely access to score sheets and recorded adjudication comments.

Parking for KMI is free. Spectators should use the back entrance of the school to access the designated spectator lot, while the main entrance is reserved for buses and equipment trailers. Clear signage and event volunteers will be available to assist with traffic flow and parking.

Admission: $10.00 (includes re-entry with a wristband)
Children ages 4 and under: Free

Our concession stand will offer a wide variety of food and beverages throughout the day, and both cash and card payments are accepted.
